How long does shipping take for my Cyrusher e-bike?
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most customers receive their bikes within 5-10 business days via FedEx or UPS Ground.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Cyrusher bikes arrive approximately 90% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle. We provide a comprehensive tool kit and step-by-step assembly videos to assist you.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply. For items with quality issues, please contact our support team immediately.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
Every Cyrusher e-bike is backed by a 2-year limited manufacturer's warranty. This covers the frame, motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects.
Can I ride my Cyrusher bike in the rain?
Our bikes are IP65 water-resistant, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or submerging the bike in water, as this can damage the electrical components.
